The heart of the team — carrying out and loading waste safely, keeping customers' homes protected, and representing Alpha on the doorstep. Lifting involved; a driving licence is a plus but not essential for the crew role.
Driving our Luton vans between jobs and licensed transfer stations, leading on safe loading and route planning. A clean Category B (car) licence is required; experience driving a Luton is welcome.
The friendly voice of Alpha — handling WhatsApp photo quotes and phone enquiries, pricing jobs fairly, and booking in crews. Great communication and a calm, helpful manner matter most here.
